2. Products & Pricing

• All products listed on our website are priced in PKR.
• Approximate currency conversions for international customers are provided for convenience.
• Prices may change without prior notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

3. Orders & Payment

• Available payment options: Cash on Delivery (Pakistan only), Bank Transfer, JazzCash, Easypaisa.
• Credit/Debit card payment will be introduced soon.
• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment or verification in case of COD.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Pakistan: Standard delivery time is 3–7 working days.
• International: Delivery times vary by destination and customs clearance.
• We will provide tracking details for your convenience.
• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

5. International Shipping

• We ship worldwide.
• Customs duties, taxes, or additional fees (if any) are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Returns & Exchange Policy

• Size and color variations may occur due to fabric and display differences; these are not considered defects.
• Exchanges are allowed within 7 days of delivery for unused products in original condition.
• Return shipping charges are borne by the customer except in case of defective or wrong product delivered.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 10 working days after approval.
