Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy – Brandshub.pk

At Brandshub.pk, customer satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes your purchase may not be exactly what you expected. That’s why we offer a hassle-free return, exchange, and refund policy to ensure you have a positive shopping experience with us. Please read our policy below:

1. Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy for all our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges:

  • Damaged or Incorrect Product: If the item you received is damaged or different from the one you ordered, we will cover the shipping charges for both return and replacement.
  • Wishful Exchanges: If you wish to exchange the product due to a change of mind or for any other reason, the shipping charges for both sending and returning the item will be borne by the customer.

2. Return & Exchange Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps :

  1. Contact us at samairaboutiquepk@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order, and provide your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.
  2. We will guide you on how to ship the product back to us.
  3. Once we receive the product and verify its condition, we will process your return or exchange.

Note: The product must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received, with all original tags and packaging intact.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds will only be applicable in the following cases:

  • If the item you received is damaged or significantly different from the one you ordered.
  • If the product is not available for exchange and you do not wish to receive a replacement.

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive the returned product and verify its condition. The refund will be issued via the original payment method.

Note: No refunds will be issued for wishful exchanges; only exchanges will be provided in such cases.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Sale or discounted items.
  • Items that have been used, washed, or damaged after receipt.
